Description

There are many uses for low-pressure air compressors, including cement, chemical fiber, textile, ceramics, printing and dyeing, glass, petrochemical, surveying, mapping and prospecting. The pressures required by these industries are relatively low, and ordinary air compressors cannot meet the requirements. This requires air compressors to be equipped with pressure-reducing valves to meet the requirements. This will result in a lot of waste. Therefore, in response to this situation, our company has long been Started to develop this low-pressure screw air compressor to output compressed air at a suitable pressure.

The air end specially developed for low-pressure conditions optimizes the screw profile and internal pressure to improve the efficiency of the air end.

 

Design


Specialized low-pressure air end

  • Optimizing the screw profile and internal pressure for the specially developed host for low-pressure working conditions to improve the efficiency of the air end.
  • The design idea of “large rotor, large bearing, low speed” is adopted to reduce noise and vibration, and increase the life and stability of the air end.
  • Adopt a new type of 5: 6 asymmetrical rotor tooth shape, high-precision three-coordinate measuring machine for comprehensive measurement to ensure screw accuracy and improve stability.

Permanent magnetic synchronous motor

  • IP54 protection level is more stable and reliable than IP23 in harsh environments.
  • Low temperature-rising design, the motor temperature rising is less than 60K, the efficiency is higher, and the service life of the motor is extended.
  • Use ceramic-plated bearings to completely eliminate the effect of shaft current on bearings.

Silent centrifugal fan

  • The whole series adopts a centrifugal fan, which is more efficient and energy-saving.
  • Compared with axial fans, centrifugal fans have higher air pressure, lower noise, and more energy saving.
  • Controlled by a frequency conversion fan, the oil temperature is constant and the service life of lubricating oil is greatly extended.
  • Due to the high wind pressure, the cooler and filter are less likely to be blocked.

Three filters

  • Air filter: the filter area exceeds 150% of the normal requirement, has low inlet pressure loss, and has high energy efficiency.
  • Oil filter: The design of the imported oil filter with enlarged glass fiber material is adopted. The rated processing capacity of the oil filter is ≥3 times of the circulating oil volume. The filtering accuracy is high and the durability is good.
  • Oil separator: imported glass fiber material oil core, good filtration effect, low oil core pressure loss.
